One-Day Member-Guest Tournaments in 2008

For 2008, one-day member-guest tournaments have been scheduled for the following days with shotgun starts:

• May 14, Wednesday, 1pm (sign-up begins April 23)
• July 17, Thursday, 1pm (sign-up begins June 26)
• Sept. 24, Wednesday, 1pm (sign-up begins Sept 2)
• Oct. 22, Wednesday, 12:30pm (sign-up begins Oct. 1)

As indicated by the dates above, sign-up begins three weeks prior to each tournament. Eligibility is based on a "first come/first served" basis. If the tournament is over-subscribed, any alternate will receive first priority for the next Member-Guest. Members may sign-up with either: 1 member and 3 guests, or 2 members and 2 guests. You must provide your guests' GHIN number and handicap when signing up.

Sign-up/Guest's Handicap
The Pro Shop staff has been instructed that under no circumstance is a member allowed to sign up for the tournament without full name(s) and GHIN number(s) of his guests. Inactive or "old" GHIN cards are not acceptable as a current handicap.

The entry fee for 2008 continues to be $125.00 for a member and one guest or $275.00 for a member and three guests. The fee includes greens fees, carts, prizes and dinner. Dinner is served at 6:30 pm. A luncheon buffet is available before the tournament begins. However, the luncheon buffet is not included in the tournament fee.

Cancellation Policy (effective for all tournaments)
In the event that a member must cancel, notify the Pro Shop at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the fee unless an alternate is available to fill your spot. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full tournament fee.
