2008 Woody Kay Hatherly Cup
The 2008 Woody Kay Hatherly Cup will follow the same format of years past. It will consist of two-man, member-member teams competing in match play in a round-robin format.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS
- Nine flights, each with 6 teams. Sign-up deadline is Monday May 19.
- The eligibility preference order is (1) basic member, (2) full golf member, and (3) limited golf member. Exceptions are allowed for father-son teams, provided the son is at least 18 years old.
- Teams will be seeded into flights using 70% of combined handicaps.
- There will be 5 nine-hole matches: 3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday.
- The Woody Kay Hatherly Cup winner is the team with the most points.
- Support Night will be held Friday, May 23 at 7:00 P.M. Support your favorite teams. New support rules will be in effect. These will be available in the Pro Shop. These “new” rules include:
- - All teams will be available for the support of their friends at the Friday night affair; and,
- - Each team will be required to post a $50 minimum flight fee in addition to the entry fee if they or their friends elect to not support them at the Support night affair.
Come early and support your favorite teams. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served. Flights, pairings, tee assignments and rules will be available on Friday night and on the first tee Saturday morning.
Coffee and donuts will be served both mornings. Turkey sandwiches, soda and chips for the players only will be served between Matches 2 and 3 on Saturday. One lunch per player, please. If anyone feels that they cannot wait that long for their turkey sandwich we advise them to bring a sandwich of their choice to the course.

Entry fee is $75.00 per person.
